Responsibilities
What you can expect:
In the Engineering intern position, you will contribute to tasks
focused on specific project initiatives, such as mold development
and testing support.
Utilize critical thinking skills to plan and coordinate individual
activities that contribute to project results.
Gain "Graham Blue" leadership skills and design a personalized fast
track career development plan to fill future plant leadership
roles.
Presentation of project results and findings to leadership upon
completion of internship
Goal of Program:
Define logical steps to effectively execute and revise current
training process
Create and update current training documentation to support
training program based on qualifications for operators and
maintenance.
Establish tracking/matrix system for all employees for
validation
Create an audit system to verify program is successful

Level: Junior, Senior, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (all
non-graduating) preferred but open to other Engineering majors
Capable of working in both individual and team settings
Seeking highly energetic, collaborative, and motivated individuals
with aspirations of a career in plant leadership
Excellent communication and organizational skills

non-graduating) preferred but open to other Engineering majors
Capable of working in both individual and team settings

Compensation Statement
The expected salary range for the position described in this
posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain
jurisdictions within the United States. The final agreed-upon
compensation is based on individual qualifications and
experience.
Benefits Statement
Benefits include medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance.
Employees are able to enroll in the company's 401K Employee Saving
Plan and may participate in its Employee Wellness Program.
Employees will also receive paid time off in accordance with
