Mechanical Project Engineer needed for our downtown Roanoke, VA office. Position will be responsible for the design of HVAC systems for our various project types, including educational, civic, arts and commercial buildings. Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and willingness to mentor staff are required.



What You'll Do:

Design HVAC systems for various project types
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Mentor junior staff members
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget


What We're Looking For:

Licensed Mechanical Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
7-10 years of professional experience with a proven track record in building design (Preferred).
Proficiency in design load calculations and energy modeling programs (Trace, ComCheck).
Experience with Word and Excel for project documentation and reporting.
REVIT proficiency is a plus for seamless integration into our design process.
