As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.   • Manage all aspects of the construction project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that project specifications are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Manage project change orders and negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and filed appropriately.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project team members, including contractors and subcontractors.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
    • Experience with HVAC systems and mechanical projects.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
    • Knowledge of construction industry regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
