MUST HAVE 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITAL SETTING

- MUST HAVE VA STATE LICENSE AT SUBMISSION
- BLS/ACLS REQUIRED
  - Schedule Information
  - Every other weekend, no on call
    - Unit Specific Information
    - Unit Information: SICU
    - Number of Beds - 12
    - Number of Staff - 32
    - Day Shift - Director, Manager, Clinical Coordinator, RNs, Externs, Paramedic
    - Night Shift - RNs, Externs
    - Patient Ratios - 2:1, 3:1, 1:1
    - Type of equipment - Tablo, IABP, Impella, Brain Cool, Swan Ganz, BIS, Vigilance, Baxter, Hemosphere, Pyxis
    - EMR - Meditech
    - Typical hiring profile: Must have ACLS, BLS, ICU Experience; Preferred or nice to have: Cardiac Experience, CCRN; List typical procedures performed on unit(s): TVP, TCP, post cath, Sheath Removal, Bedside Trach, SLED
    - Best personality Fit: Team Focus
      - Additional Details
      - Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue
      - No block scheduling guarantee
