Job Description:
A company is looking for a Therapist Experience Team member.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual clinical advising meetings with therapists
during onboarding training
Lead weekly disorder-specific Consultation Groups and provide
ongoing training
Monitor communication channels to assist therapists and provide
feedback on specialty treatment
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year as a therapist with the organization
Demonstrated excellent clinical skills supported by metrics and
surveys
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule
Previous clinical supervision and/or teaching experience preferred
but not required
