A company is looking for a Principal Software Developer (US
Fed).
Key Responsibilities
Drive the development of next-generation HR solutions for U.S.
Federal Government contracts
Provide technical leadership and serve as a domain expert in U.S.
Federal Human Resources
Collaborate with various teams to translate customer needs into
innovative software solutions
Required Qualifications
Active Security Clearance: TS-SCI with Polygraph
10+ years of experience in the U.S. Federal market and 15+ years in
software development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's
preferred)
Deep knowledge of HCM systems and federal HR systems
Thorough understanding of relevant federal regulations and
models
