Job Description:
We're a small, Real Estate Investment company based in Durham,
NC, and we're on the hunt for a motivated "Go-Getter" to join our
Sales Team. If you're someone who loves talking to people and wants
to use your skills to make big money (and a big impact), this might
be the perfect fit for you!
In this role, you'll get to flex your sales and negotiation muscles
while working closely with our Sales Manager to talk to leads and
close deals. We're looking for someone who takes full ownership of
their sales numbers and doesn't need constant check-ins. You should
know exactly what drives you, your goals, and how much income you
want to generate. Remember, you eat what you kill!
We want an A-Player who's excited to join a top-performing team.
You'll need to be relentless and resourceful, always finding a way
to overcome any hurdles in your path. Plus, if you're a team player
who might be interested in leading a team someday, that's a huge
bonus!
Our office vibe is casual and informal, so we're looking for
someone who can perform at a high level in this relaxed
environment. We value accountability and a positive attitude, so if
you bring that to the table, you'll fit right in.

IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER
--- Working Hours: 9 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday; 9 am to 2 pm
1st & 3rd Saturday of the month
--- There is an opportunity for growth and promotion within this
position
--- This can be a remote or in-person position
--- This position does not come with medical health insurance
benefits
--- This is a 100% Commission Based Role
--- After 90 days or until 5 deals are closed, whichever comes
first, a $1000 monthly stipend will be provided.
Responsibilities:
--- 100+ Daily Outbound calls to Sellers in order to identify leads
that can turn into potential sales
--- Evaluate and Analyze the potential Profitability of a Property
by conducting market research and comparative market analysis
--- Constantly develop your Negotiations as well as Objection and
Rebuttal handling skills using company scripts and training
--- Learn to Build Strong Relationships and Earn Customer Trust to
Close Real Estate Deals over the phone
