Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Research Operations
Specialist to streamline and support the operational needs of their
UX research team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize research projects and manage timelines in collaboration
with cross-functional teams
Coordinate logistics for research activities, including participant
recruitment and interview scheduling
Optimize research operations processes and manage research tools
and documentation
Required Qualifications:
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience with research tools and project management software
Basic experience in organizing research data and insights
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing
priorities
Experience working cross-functionally with design, product, and
marketing teams
