Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Partner to implement and
manage global compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and administer global compensation programs in compliance
with policies and regulations
Benchmark jobs and conduct market analysis to determine competitive
compensation ranges
Audit job descriptions and ensure compliance with the Fair Labor
Standards Act (FLSA)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, or a related
field
At least five years of compensation or human resources
experience
Strong understanding of broad-based compensation programs and
benchmarking
Solid understanding of FLSA classification
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis
