What You'll Do:

Lead the Design: Create innovative HVAC systems tailored to the unique needs of a variety of projects, ranging from schools and government buildings to creative spaces and commercial structures.

Collaborate & Communicate: Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure seamless project execution. Your communication skills will be key in maintaining clear and effective project updates.

Mentor the Next Generation: Take pride in guiding and developing junior engineers, offering mentorship and sharing your expertise to help them grow in their careers.

Drive Project Success: Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.



What We're Looking For:

Licensed Mechanical Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

7-10 years of professional experience with a proven track record in HVAC system design (Preferred).

Proficiency in design load calculations and energy modeling programs (Trace, ComCheck).

Advanced skills in Word and Excel for project documentation and reporting.

REVIT proficiency is a plus for seamless integration into our design process.
